  • In this eight-week therapeutic online group, we will learn more about and explore topics related to gender identity, gender roles, and gender expectations. This may include exploring new identities, new ways of self-expression, and figuring out which aspects of gender identity/roles/expectations you’d like to keep and which you’d like to leave behind. Throughout the eight weeks, there will be opportunities to take time for yourself, connect with others, and celebrate the diversity you bring from across the gender spectrum.

This program involves both talk therapy and music therapy. It is facilitated by Katie and Diem, music therapy and psychotherapy interns.
