Music therapy is the intentional use of music, instruments and interventions by a professional to work towards goals both musical and non-musical to improve a client’s overall health and well-being.
It does not require musical ability, but rather is the process of making and responding to the impact of music to address specific, desired outcomes. Music therapists work to apply musical techniques specifically curated for each individual and their needs.
At KS Therapy Services, we leverage the natural therapeutic power of music in our music therapy sessions.
